My ears are stretched, can you make me earrings with a closed hook?

I don't have pierced ears, can you make me clip ons?

 

At the moment, we don’t offer clip-ons, as we haven’t found the right earring findings that meet our quality standards. However, if you have a specific type of clip-on finding you love, feel free to send us a picture! If it’s something we can order, we’d be happy to create a custom pair just for you.

How long does it take for my order to get processed?

I try to get them out asap, but if I have a lot of orders to pack it'll be 3-5 business days. However it rarely takes that long.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We happily ship worldwide. However, please note that import duties, taxes, and tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or failure to pick it up, we are not responsible for the return. If you’d like the package re-shipped, please contact us—a new shipping payment will be required. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages.

Do you do custom pieces?

Hell yeah! My custom earrings or necklaces start at $60 and require a deposit of half up front and half when the piece finished. It may cost more depending on the time it takes to make your design and the cost of materials. I start working on the design once the deposit was made and run the drawing by you before I cut it out so if you want to make any changes we can. It takes approximately 2 weeks for the project to complete depending on my workload.

I got an e-mail that my custom piece is finished, but I'm short on cash 'till Friday.

No worries, your stuff will be mailed out whenever the second payment is made. If you need another week or two it's no problem, just let me know. I also have Shop Pay on my website, so if you'd like to make payment through them, I can make a custom product listing.

What if I reeeaaaally want a simple design that doesn't take up much time or materials?

I really want something from this drop, but I can't afford it till later, will it still be there?

I can't guarantee that it will still be there or that it will come back in the future, but you can use Shop Pay at checkout to pay it off in installments.

My order has been shipped out, but it's taking a long time to get to me.

Due to Covid-19 and shortage of workers, packages may take up to 2-3 weeks to get to you, especially during holiday times. So please plan accordingly if you need to get it right away. You can also select expedited shipping or UPS. If it's been over 3 weeks and you still haven't gotten it, contact me on instagram @electriccat.ninja or e-mail me at electriccatshop@gmail.com and we'll figure something out for you.
